Radford Dale is a fully organic winery with vineyards across South Africa's storied regions of Stellenbosch and Elgin. Thirst Cinsault 2023 is a gorgeously refreshing wine, designed to be a low-alcohol, minimal-intervention and maximum-flavour red, similar to the wines you find in Beaujolais, France. Bright notes of cranberry, raspberry, strawberry and white pepper are matched with a vibrant acidity and light-bodied palate. A great wine to chill and enjoy with a cheeseboard or chicken.
